Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location and allocated weight class. Any promotional deals for free shipping in the UK after a specific cost total do not apply to larger machinery such as our mini-excavators. Rhinoceros Diggers reserves the right to refund and cancel the order in any case where there are issues with shipping costs, product costs, product deliverability or product availability.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 3-4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Shipping Times

Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days, but we are unable to make guarantees. After the product is shipped and a tracking code is available, you will get sent a shipping update email to notify you. The time from shipping to arrival varies based on your location.
